My name is Jacqueline Madziva, a Chemical Engineer founder and owner of Orgeaux (Pvt) Ltd.
What is your proudest achievement?
Being able to start up something I’ve always been passionate about from when I was a little girl, a Cosmetic Manufacturing company.
When are you happiest?
I am happiest when I see a client feeling beautiful and regaining their self-confidence after using Orgeaux Natural products.
What inspired you to start Orgeaux?
From a very young age I’ve always been passionate about beauty and cosmetics.
What do you hope people will take away from using your products, what are their benefits?
I hope people who use our products will be able to feel the love and care with which each product is made. I hope they can realise their natural beauty and that with proper use and consistency they will get radiant flawless skin and be confident enough to not have to necessarily cover up with makeup all the time.
What are the products that you sell?
We have Orgeaux Deep Cleansing/Self Pampering Soaps and Orgeaux Secrets of Nature Skin Butters.
What makes your products unique?
Our products are made with utmost love and all our formulations incorporate individual skin needs to beautify individual skin. At Orgeaux (Pvt) Ltd, we believe everyone is beautiful and can have amazing skin they just need to know how to take care of it which is why we have products for each skin type.
What have been the highs and lows of your career so far?
The highs have been seeing people happy from using Orgeaux Natural products. I absolutely love to see our clients happy and getting their natural glow on. The lows well not any that I can really point out to yet because with business I have learnt to embrace every obstacle as a challenge or at times a learning curve.
What do you enjoy most about being an entrepreneur?
Feeling happy to wake up each day knowing am doing exactly what I love.
Describe a typical day in your life.
I wake up at 6a.m check my WhatsApp and social media, pray then by 8a.m I am setting up for the day, attending meetings and whatever else may require my attention to ensure that our clients will get the best product to care for their skin.
What is the most important lesson life has taught you?
That what truly matters in life is to do what you love, follow your dreams and your passion and that in life should be true happiness.

Who inspires you the most in life?
My mum is my inspiration she is the most fearless and compassionate woman I know
If you could give up anything for a year what would it be and why?
Now this is a hard one to figure as I always feel I need everything that’s in my life, but I guess chocolate is that one thing I can give up. I crave it at times but I know I don’t need it.
What is your favourite thing about being Zimbabwean?
The fact that as Zimbabweans we have been able to survive even in the toughest times and have learnt to live, love, be happy and survive amidst all that we have been through as a Nation.
How would you like to be remembered?
I would like to be remembered as a lady who brought hope, love and happiness everywhere she was on this earth and touched the lives of many.
What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs?
Whatever you do don’t forget your dream and everyday always push yourself to be the best version of you.
