In Conversation with: Nyasha Roselyn Marere

My name is Nyasha Roselyn Marere. Born and bred in Harare. Before I decided to be a model I aspired to be a governor. That was my dream, but I ended up studying Tourism, I was now aiming to be an air hostess and along the way modelling just happened and I became a renowned African model in India. I am the first born out of 5. In other words, I am a co-parent we all know how it goes being the first born. I am a naturally born leader, goal getter, strong, sassy and talented. I think these traits came with me being the first born.

I’m not really good in sports but tennis is my favourite. I am a gym freak I don’t get tired of working out, I eat healthy food (not something I really like) lol but because of my job I learnt to make sure my body is healthy. I’m talkative, I’m a very open-minded person and easy to get along with. I watch a lot of crime shows and because of them I think I should join the forensic department at the FBI lol I am very observant and pay attention to detail.

My family comes first in my life I love and adore them so much that everything else doesn’t matter. To me Loyalty is everything, so I tend not to have many friends because people lack loyalty. I find the best company within myself. I watch a lot of movies and read. It helps me to ease my mind. If anything, I’m the most supportive person to anyone and everyone. I want all of us to prosper therefore I always help whenever I can. I stay in my lane and above all I mind my business.
